Date: Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November
Venue: Avon Heath Country Park, Dorset
Title: The Winter Engine Weekend
Theme: The weekend is designed to help runners make the most of the winter months by building a stronger aerobic base, improving durability, understanding training better, and leaving with a clear plan for the weeks ahead.
Across the two days, we’ll combine practical running sessions, coaching workshops, strength and mobility work, group discussion, and individual planning. The aim is for you to come away not just motivated, but with a much clearer understanding of how to structure your winter training properly.
Including:
Practical coached running sessions
Winter training and aerobic development workshop
Strength, mobility and durability session
Fuelling, recovery and resilience discussion
Guidance on training intensity, easy running, threshold work and long runs
A printed participant workbook
Time to reflect on your own training and build a clear plan going forward
Q&A and individual guidance throughout the weekend
The weekend is ideal if you want to use the winter months more purposefully, understand your training better, and arrive in spring fitter, stronger and more confident.
Format: Non-residential training weekend
Food and accommodation: Not included (I will send local accommodation recommendations)
Places: Limited to keep the weekend personal and interactive
Cost: £225 per person
